Change Order Policy

At Cane Masters, we understand that sometimes customers may want to make changes to their orders, and we strive to provide the best service possible. However, we have a change order policy in place to ensure we can accommodate requests while maintaining our production standards.

If a customer requests a change before the production process has begun, we will do our best to fulfill it. However, once the production has started, it may not be possible to make changes. For example, shortening a cane is usually possible, but extending the length may not be.

Please note that any changes made after placing an order may be subject to a change order fee. We recommend that customers take their time designing their cane and contact us with any questions they may have before placing their order.
