The horn and top of the cane are rounded for massage, trigger points and pressure points. The crook is extra wide to fit over shoulders, the rib cage and up and down the spine.
The large notches down the center of the shaft are there to secure the exercise bands in place and the lighter notch at both ends are grips. The 1/4 inch hole at the tip of the shaft is for our special attachment to aid in hands-free pressure point application for you back, shoulders and spine areas.
