Yoga has been an important part of Mark Shuey, Sr.'s life for years. It has helped him to not only his return to health after a bad car accident, but also facilitated him in winning National and International titles in the martial arts.
I believe we should try to stretch and move every body part we can to keep our bodies supple so our life force, chi, can flow smoothly and take care of our bodies, Shuey affirms.
