The American Cane System has been designed to compliment and enhance practically any martial arts system, and as such would prove to be a great addition to your current curriculum. This will be a “hands on” seminar in which you will learn the basic blocks, strikes, jabs, swings, etc. as well as effective street self-defense techniques.
